I'm Krishna Meghani, founder of Manora - a jewellery label born from legacy, learning, and love.

My journey began in Surat, the heart of India's diamond industry, where I was raised in a family deeply connected to the world of gems. As a young girl, I would often watch my father immerse himself in his diamond trading business

- eyes gleaming with passion and purpose.

Those moments stayed with me. They planted the seed of entrepreneurship in my heart and a quiet confidence that one day, I would create something of my own.

After completing my schooling in commerce, I followed that spark and enrolled in the B.Sc. in Jewellery Design & Manufacturing program at the Indian Diamond Institute (IDI), Surat. It wasn't just an academic pursuit - it was a calling. I dove deep into the art and science of jewellery — learning everything from conceptual design to hands-on craftsmanship, sourcing, and the stories that jewellery can tell.

I also took the time to work as an intern, gaining practical experience and understanding how jewellery lives in the real world - on people, with emotion, across generations.

Coming from a warm, joint family, l've always had a strong support system. It's their belief in me that gave me the courage to take the leap - and Manora was born.

At Manora, I strive to design jewellery that blends timeless elegance with a modern soul - pieces that look luxurious but feel deeply personal. For me, jewellery is not just about trends. It's about storytelling, emotion, and individuality.

What makes me most proud is the team of skilled karigars I work with - true artisans who translate vision into reality with their hands, patience, and heart. They are the unsung heroes behind every sparkle.

This is just the beginning. I'm still learning, still building, still dreaming. And with every piece of jewellery, I hope to share a part of my journey - one design at a time.
